A challenge wouldn’t be a challenge if it wasn’t challenging. So we grabbed a CMS we didn’t know how to use and cranked out a web site for a non-profit over night.
We used Agile practices and we finished with time to spare. (Many thanks to our agile coach).
As for next year? Well, too soon to say.
Oh, one more thing… we won.
